I checked the URL, it looks Ok to me, or at least it looks as designed. Laurent, please check the fourth screenshot shown in the page http://www.mariovaldez.net/software/phpsetimon/ and tell me if you see something different (just to discard any browser issue). If it looks the same maybe you are expecting the program to show something different. If that's the case, please tell me how would you like the map to be shown, maybe it's something simple to change.
