Problem with Password

Post subject:  Problem with Password
I have installed the product manager (and checked no more updates available)

Using ftp I have uploaded the oscpm1_upload.php file and pointed my web browser to it. No errors show all looks OK

But when I try to connect with the product manager I keep getting Error 1020 the password is incorrect. I have tried every user and password combination I can think of with no luck.

I can log in to OSC admin with my browser no problems
Any ideas?????

The only change I have is the directory is store instead of catalog but I have changed the config settings to refelct this and the upload fil has no problem finding the image file etc.

Hi! The OSCPMWin application requires the same password your store uses to connect to the database. What is that password? You can check (with your FTP client) in the file "includes/configure.php", there is one option near the end of the file named DB_SERVER_PASSWORD; check the value assigned to it, and that is the password. There is no need to provide any username.

Thanks for that... The password looked nothing like I had set up. Cut and pasted that password and connected straight away!
