Hi Mario.
Thank you for your time and effort.

As you probably know, in Europe we work with decimals , for example,
8,99 € (euros)

When I put these amounts in the manager, doesnt work properly, giving the prices to oscommerce without the decimals ( 899 € ).

If I use the "," (8,99€) gives 899 €
If I use the "." (8.99€) goes to a critical error and usually crashes.

When I manually change to the right price in the admin, and after that i open the manager, a right value (8,99€) appears in the product but after accepting , the price goes again to 899€

As i am a newbee could be a nonsense so excuse me if it is not thw way i explained it.

Regadrs from Spain.

This question seems to be for the OSCPMWin application, not the CMS for Phprojekt...

I'm moving the thread.

Hi. Please download the latest version of the OSCPMWin applications, and check the explanation I gave in this post:
http://mariovaldez.net/webapps/forums/v ... c.php?t=96

In summary, the application no longer crashes since version 0.1.0.330, but regional settings are not supported for the decimal separator. Luis, you will need to use "." as decimal separator, at least until this is fixed in a definitive way.

Mario A. Valdez-Ramirez.

Hi again Mario.

First, excuse me for not posting the message in the right forum.

Second, I check build 333 and the problem is solved (only you have to remember to work with "." as decimal separator). I wonder if it is a real problem to solve.

In Europe, it is not very clear the "," is the REAL decimal separator. It was certain when i was in the school, but due to calculators, computers, etc, everybody understands what 7.25 EUR means. As we usually use 2 decimals then 1.000 is a thousand. So i think that for Europe, this problem by the moment is not so impostant to solve.

Thank you again for your patience.

Yes, I also think this bug can wait to be fixed. But at the end of the day, I want to support the regional settings. I don't like software that want me to do things its way, ignoring my own regional customs.
