Could you please let me know whether CMS works with Version 4 and what I have to change to integrate CMS in PHProjekt 4.

Please download the CMS module version 0.5.1. This version adds compatibility for Phprojekt 4.0. You can download it from http://www.mariovaldez.net/software/cm_4p/download.php The integration steps are described in the readme.txt file and in the Installation page at: http://www.mariovaldez.net/software/cm_4p/install.php Briefly, the installation steps are mostly the same.
