All those messages mean that the CMS module is not being able to create the directories.

If this is the first time you are using the CMS module, check that the cm/root directory is being created and that the directory has proper permissions. The web server must be able to write to that directory.

If this is an old installation, then your directories have been deleted or their permissions have been changed. Please check this out.
