I think you are writing about the Contact manager of Phprojekt. Well, there is something called "Module Designer" included with Phprojekt. I have not used it, but I think it allows you to customize the view and content of some of the Phprojekt modules.

Also, you may have better luk posting this kind of questions in the Phprojekt forums, because more people visit them and they discuss about all aspects of Phprojekt, not only the CMS module.
