it is says the product name is empty (in the product desc. tab),, when it is not

but if i add a new product it says the name is missing from the product name tag, but is not

same thing happens to me.everything was fine and i could move and arrange big quantities of data but now that i want to add a product there is a problem with the name.of course name area was filled .so the only method we found so far is to copy a product and change the specs.
i m using oscpmwin 0.1.2 build 436 at win xp with oscommerce ms 2.2.
with this exception this is a really helpful piece of software.thanks mario

Hi. I cannot replicate the problem. Do you have several languages set in your osCommerce store? If so, please check if adding the name to all languages fix the problem. (Use the language selector just near the bottom of the Product Description tab). If you are not using several languages in your store, then let me know; to fix it I need to see it, the best way is to replicate here your configuration.
