Hello. Sorry for my late answer.
There are several ways to link to the uploaded files.
1) If you are not using HTML but the Wikimarkup, you just type in the content of the page the following:
[[.filename descriptivetext]]
or
[[.filename]]
Please note the dot before the filename. So, for example, if you uploaded a file named expenses.xml, you write in the content of the page:
This is the expenses report in an Excel spreadsheet file: [[.expenses.xml Expenses File]]
and a link with the text "Expenses File" will be activated.
2) If you are using HTML then please upgrade to the CMS module version 0.6.0 (now in beta 6), because there is a bug in the creation and processing of local links. In this new version all local links (those pointing to uploaded files) are fixed when saving the page. This is true for both HTML links entered manually or entered through the WYSIWYG editor.
Hope this helps.
